  • Set of high accurate calibration loads (50 Ω and 1 kΩ with 0.01% tolerance)
  • BNC-to-SMD probe for connecting unwired components (SMD, piezo plates, etc.)
  • Other adapters on request

For special applications (e.g. time-critical quality control of defined components, or for inductance-sensitive measurements), customer specific probe sockets can be designed and manufactured.
