We process your data exclusively on the basis of european union statutory provisions (DSGVO, DSG 2018, TKG 2003).
2. General

3. Purpose limitation, legal basis, duration of storage as well as data receiver
3.1. We need the collected personal data for the fulfillment of the contract and for the sale of our products with all related rights and obligations, such as Quotation, order processing, delivery, invoicing, dunning, warranty, etc. The data is collected, stored, processed and used for this purpose.
3.2. The legal basis for the processing of your personal data is the fulfillment of the contract, the fulfillment of our legal or contractual obligations and your consent (eg request, contact form). The non-provision of data can have different consequences.
3.3. If necessary, we process your personal data for the duration of the entire business relationship (from the initiation, execution to the termination of a contract), as well as in accordance with the statutory retention and documentation obligations arising, inter alia, from the German Commercial Code (UGB), of the Federal Tax Code (BAO), as well as until the end of a possible legal dispute, continuing warranty and guarantee periods, etc.
3.4. In the course of the delivery, we commission transport companies to whom we provide the data necessary for the delivery. They are obliged to comply with the applicable data protection regulations against us. Contract processing contracts were concluded in accordance with DSGVO.
3.5. Your data will be processed exclusively by us and will not be passed on to third parties except for point 3.4.
4. Requests
Requests by email are stored and processed on our own mail server. These data will not be shared and will not be used for purposes other than answering your request. Without this data we can not process your requests.
5. Newsletter
5.1. As a registered customer, you can subscribe to our newsletter and unsubscribe by sending us an informal email to privacy@sinephase.com. The possibility to unsubscribe is available in every single newsletter and will be confirmed by email.
5.2. Our newsletter is sent via our own mail server, your email address will not be forwarded to third parties or stored outside our house.
5.3. Data processing takes place on the basis of the statutory provisions of § 96 (3) TKG and of Art. 6 (1) (a) (Consent) DSGVO.
6. Cookies, other tracking tools and web analysis
6.1. Cookies, other tracking technologies as well as functions of the web analysis service (Google Analytics) can be used on our internet platform in many different ways. Cookies are small textual information that makes it possible to recognize the user and analyze your use of our websites. The information generated thereby is transmitted to the server of the provider and stored there. They serve to make our website more user-friendly and effective overall. In addition, cookies are used to measure the frequency of page views and general navigation.
6.2. By using our website, you consent to us setting cookies. You can refuse to accept cookies in your browser settings. How this works in detail, please refer to the instructions of your browser. 6.4. Your IP address is recorded, but immediately pseudonymized. As a result, only a rough localization is possible.
6.5. The data processing is based on the statutory provisions of § 96 para. 3 TKG and Art. 6 DSGVO. Since the privacy of our users is important to us, the user data is pseudonymized.
7. Consent and right of withdrawal
7.1. We process your data only after your explicit consent which you give to us by sending a resquest and providing your data.
7.2. Basically, we do not process data of minors and are not authorized to do so. By submitting your consent, you confirm that you have reached the age of 14 or that the consent of your legal representative has been obtained.
7.3. You can revoke your consent at any time by sending an e-mail to pri-vacy@sinephase.com (subject: privacy). In such a case, the contact data stored so far about you will be deleted and in a further consequence only for legal purposes (eg BAO) data with personal reference will be kept. By means of the revocation of the consent, the legality of the processing based on the consent until the revocation is not affected.
8. Data Security
We use technical and organizational security measures to protect the stored personal data against accidental or intentional manipulation, loss or destruction and against access by unauthorized persons. Our security measures are continuously improved in line with technical progress.
9. Your Rights
9.1. You have the right to information about the relevant personal data at any time. Insofar as there is no statutory storage obligation, you have the right to delete this data and object to the processing. Information about data processing in connection with Google Analytics
This website uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google Ireland Limited. If the person responsible for data processing on this website is located outside the European Economic Area or Switzerland, then Google Analytics will be processed by Google LLC.
