3. Purpose limitation, legal basis, duration of storage as well as data receiver
3.1. We need the collected personal data for the fulfillment of the contract and for the sale of our products with all related rights and obligations, such as Quotation, order processing, delivery, invoicing, dunning, warranty, etc. The data is collected, stored, processed and used for this purpose.
3.2. The legal basis for the processing of your personal data is the fulfillment of the contract, the fulfillment of our legal or contractual obligations and your consent (eg request, contact form). The non-provision of data can have different consequences.
3.3. If necessary, we process your personal data for the duration of the entire business relationship (from the initiation, execution to the termination of a contract), as well as in accordance with the statutory retention and documentation obligations arising, inter alia, from the German Commercial Code (UGB), of the Federal Tax Code (BAO), as well as until the end of a possible legal dispute, continuing warranty and guarantee periods, etc.

7. Consent and right of withdrawal
7.1. We process your data only after your explicit consent which you give to us by sending a resquest and providing your data.
7.2. Basically, we do not process data of minors and are not authorized to do so. By submitting your consent, you confirm that you have reached the age of 14 or that the consent of your legal representative has been obtained.
7.3. You can revoke your consent at any time by sending an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org (subject: privacy). In such a case, the contact data stored so far about you will be deleted and in a further consequence only for legal purposes (eg BAO) data with personal reference will be kept. By means of the revocation of the consent, the legality of the processing based on the consent until the revocation is not affected.
